Just another dinner

Had some good din din.

Fruits and veggies: blueberries, strawberries and nectarines
Protein: breaded chicken
Grain: French bread
Dairy: Cottage cheese

Another breakfast myplate

I have found it so much easier to make these meals on the weekends for breakfast. Again no veggies...mostly because I don't like vegetables foe breakfast.

Fruit: banana and nectarine
Grain: sourdough bread
Protein: sausage links
Dairy: extra sharp Cheddar cheese

MyPlate Italian Dinner


This is my take on a myplate Italian Dinner.


Grain: Tortellini (four cheese)

Protein: Chicken Parmesan

Vegetables: Romaine, Red Pepper, Red Onion salad with Balsamic Vinagarette

Fruits: Mandarin Orange fruit cup

Dairy: Cottage Cheese


NOTE TO SELF: need another dairy source....stat

My Plate Breakfast


I decided to make a breakfast myplate. However, I can't eat a plate of veggies, so I decided to do all strawberries and nectarines for my fruits and veggies.

Grain: Eggo waffle

Protein: Eggs

Fruits and Veggies: Strawberries and Nectarines

Dairy: Cottage Cheese

This is the first meal that I made. My fridge was empty, so I went to my local grocery store and picked up some items that were on sale.

The meal I made is composed of the following:

Fruit: fresh raspberries
Vegetable: yellow bell pepper sauteed in olive oil
Protein: teriyaki chicken
Grain: parboiled rice
Dairy: low-fat cottage cheese

Absolutely delicious!
