Protein: breaded chicken
Grain: French bread
Dairy: Cottage cheese
This is a summer project to make one meal a day that looks like the myplate. I will probably lapse somewhere along the way, but I'll post as many as I can.

I have found it so much easier to make these meals on the weekends for breakfast. Again no veggies...mostly because I don't like vegetables foe breakfast.
Fruit: banana and nectarine
Grain: sourdough bread
Protein: sausage links
Dairy: extra sharp Cheddar cheese
