This is my take on a myplate Italian Dinner.
Grain: Tortellini (four cheese)
Protein: Chicken Parmesan
Vegetables: Romaine, Red Pepper, Red Onion salad with Balsamic Vinagarette
Fruits: Mandarin Orange fruit cup
Dairy: Cottage Cheese
NOTE TO SELF: need another dairy source....stat
too much cheese! stop cheating!
