This is the first meal that I made. My fridge was empty, so I went to my local grocery store and picked up some items that were on sale.
The meal I made is composed of the following:
Fruit: fresh raspberries
Vegetable: yellow bell pepper sauteed in olive oil
Protein: teriyaki chicken
Grain: parboiled rice
Dairy: low-fat cottage cheese
Absolutely delicious!
